Brief
Williams Racing hosted a high-energy brand takeover of Austin City Limits Moody Theater during the F1 Austin Grand Prix, combining a VIP reception, sponsor activations, and a large-scale evening concert at ACL Moody Theater. The intention was to create an unforgettable entertainment experience that amplified Williams Racing’s brand, engaged partners and sponsors, and generated major social reach during one of the most high-visibility weekends in motorsport.

The evening opened with a VIP event designed for partners, sponsors, and media, complete with curated brand moments and photo opportunities. As the main program unfolded, WSE managed stage flow, technical cues, talent transitions, and high-impact entertainment designed to energize the room.
