As the lead production agency for the Braze City x City B2B conference in NYC, we managed a high-profile event that brought together over 40 industry-leading speakers. The event spanned a multi-level venue, incorporating a variety of engaging spaces for networking, presentations, and brand experiences.

Event Production Highlights

  • Comprehensive Event Management: Led all aspects of event production, from conceptualizing the overall design and guest experience to managing logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination.

  • Brand Strategy & Design: Developed the event’s brand identity and visual design, ensuring consistency across all cities and touchpoints. This included in-house creation of custom signage, detailed wayfinding, and 3D logos for impactful brand moments.

  • Guest Flow & Experience: Designed an open-plan layout that optimized guest flow and engagement across various themed spaces, such as the Main Session, Sponsorship Exhibition space, Lounge areas, Registration, Workshop and Breakout areas.

  • Registration & Attendee Management: Managed all aspects of attendee registration, including pre-event RSVPs, on-site check-ins, and VIP handling to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

  • Production & AV: Oversaw all technical production elements, including audiovisual support, lighting, sound, and live-streaming to ensure flawless execution. Managed stage setups, transitions, and live presentations across the main stage and breakout sessions.

  • Stage Management & Run of Show (ROS): Directed the flow of the event from backstage, managing speaker transitions, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all sessions ran on time. Managed both main stage and breakout rooms to ensure seamless presentations and panels.

  • Custom Fabrication & Décor: Designed and fabricated custom event elements, including branded stages, immersive exhibits, and interactive spaces that reflected the client’s vision and resonated with the audience.

  • Sponsorship & Exhibitor Coordination: Worked closely with event sponsors to design and implement branded spaces within the Sponsorship Exhibit Hall, providing custom solutions to enhance sponsor visibility and attendee engagement.

  • VIP & Speaker Experience: Managed VIP guest experiences, coordinating with high-profile speakers to deliver captivating keynote sessions.
