Brief

For Miami F1 weekend, Motorsport Network hosted Conversations at Soho Beach House—a full-day takeover featuring filmed podcast sessions, exclusive interviews, and a VIP evening panel. WSE served as the Executive Producer and strategic partner, concepting the full event strategy, securing the Soho House collaboration, designing the activation, managing film and recording crews, and overseeing all speaker sourcing, talent coordination, and onsite execution.

WSE served as Executive Producer, leading strategy, design, talent management, and full-day production, including:

WSE transformed Soho Beach House Miami during F1 Week into a high-end media environment designed for continuous content capture and elevated hospitality. The team executed a tightly coordinated schedule of podcast recordings—managing talent transitions, technical cues, and production flow with precision.

Throughout the day, WSE synchronized speaker arrival times, supported hosts and guests, oversaw the filming crew, and maintained an uninterrupted production timeline.

The activation concluded with a private VIP panel event. WSE managed all stage flow, guest movement, talent preparation, and run-of-show, resulting in a polished, engaging program that aligned seamlessly with the elevated atmosphere of Miami F1 weekend.
