Brief

MLS All-Star Community Day brought 400+ local youth together at Rosewood Neighborhood Park for an afternoon of leadership, sport, and community engagement. WSE was hired as the lead event producer to design, build, and manage the full experience.

WSE oversaw the full production, including:

  • Registration, check-in, swag organization & distribution

  • Stage design, programming & stage management

  • Vendor oversight, staffing, security & onsite operations

It went like this

WSE converted the park into an immersive festival environment with shaded activity zones, interactive MLS partner activations, youth sports areas, and a fully produced main stage. Registration flowed seamlessly, swag was organized and distributed efficiently, and the day featured continuous programming, leadership activities, and community engagement moments for hundreds of young participants.
